Learning with intention

Our educational curriculum is based on 3 fundamental pillars. It is Montessori in its methodology and impactful in its values, to build confident, well-equipped children, ready to adapt to tomorrow's environment.

1.

Bilingual French and English learning through translanguaging

In our school, children evolve in a bilingual environment. Neither of the two main languages predominates over the other. As in a multilingual family, children are encouraged to use all their language skills.

Our aim → To put children at ease by enabling them to switch from one language to another. Enrich their linguistic knowledge by building on what they already know in their mother tongue(s). To meet the challenges of today's fast-moving world. To make them curious, open-minded and knowledgeable about the customs and rituals of French-speaking and English-speaking countries... And much more!

2. learn to

learn

Autonomy and independence of mind are skills we value at every stage of our daily work.

Our goal → By modeling work strategies, offering examples of organisation and then giving children the opportunity to explore on their own, we help them build confidence in their learning abilities, get to know themselves, and become self-motivated learners.

The adult acts as a benevolent guide, enabling the student to create his or her own strategies and consolidate executive functions.

3. feed the

need for connection

...To building conscious, strong, happy and resilient children. Enriching the vocabulary linked to emotions and laying the foundations for healthy communication.

connecting with oneself: Giving tools to help manage emotions and expressing needs.

connecting with others Finding your place in the group, cultivating your soft skills and learning to use non-violent communication techniques.

connecting with Nature Adopting the right ecological reflexes that will become tools for leading a daily life that is as respectful as possible of resources. Playing outside every day. Feeling the well-being that comes from spending time in nature.

connecting to our environment Cultivating adaptability and observing the richness of the world.

Neuroscience proves that the environment in which a child evolves and the quality of his or her social interactions influence brain development.
